Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack With Care
Securely package the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
